General Information:

The Fireplace Room is located in the lower level of the POA Building. It is used for various activities and group meetings. It can be rented for private events for up to 50 people.

Property owner rental rates:

Full day = $100.00
Half day = $50.00
**$50.00 Deposit Required

Groups comprised entirely of CRRA members (property owners) are eligible for special rental rates.
